Overall in good shape. Newer tires. Both front and rear axle replaced recently. Upgraded front bedroom mattress. Water leak (resolved) in front bedroom (see picture at the end). One soft spot on roof on passenger side near the front of the trailer. Upgraded TV recently. Title in hand. Slide works well. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
