Big screen TV and electric fireplace with heat, lift recliner, queen sofa bed, and ceiling fan. Kitchen has solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator is full sized. It also has a central vacuum system, 2 a/c units (the bedroom has a heat strip in it), and a propane furnace with floor ducts. Bathroom has a large shower, exhaust fan and plenty of cabinets. Bedroom has an adjustable bed, lots of storage and a TV. It has a transferable extended warranty to August 2025.
