Well-loved 2012 DRV MOBILE SUITES 36RSSB3 for sale! Many upgrades since we took ownership a few years ago, including new flooring in living area, carpet in bedroom, cabinet paint in living space, new awning fabric, additional AC unit above master, splendide w/d combo installed, new slide floor in bedroom, convection microwave new within the last year. The roof was coated a couple years ago. The mattress was purchased within the last year as well, always used with a waterproof cover so it's still in like new condition! I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting!

We lived in this unit full-time up until about a month ago. We have everything you need for full-time living! ClearSource water filter system, sun shades, portable water softener unit, X-chocks, Rhino portable waste tote, and lots of hoses and maintenance supplies which are all negotiable! The loft bed in the living space as well as the couch can be removed upon request or stay with the unit depending on your needs.

There are a few items that still need repair, most of them cosmetic such as paint touch up and new light covers. However, the kitchen slide had water damage prior to us taking ownership and will need replaced at some point. We had this unit professionally serviced at a DRV dealer in Indiana in 2022, the slide floor was reinforced with steel plates at that time but will eventually need replaced. The slide currently goes in and out completely with no issues. We took that into consideration when choosing a list price.
