This used 33’6” LOA coach has a unique dual-couch, center kitchen/dinette, rear queen floor plan sitting on a Ford F53 with a 6.8lt V-10 engine. The unit drives well and reliably. The interior is in fair condition for its age. There are no active leaks, but evidence of some previous leaks. There are no soft spots . The unit is prepped for an onboard generator, but one is not installed. The air conditioning units function when plugged in to shore power. The chassis A/C functions while driving, though not designed to cool the entire coach on a hot day. The furnace and refrigerator function as designed. The older coach has these known flaws: the water pump must be connected to a separate battery; the water heater must be lit manually, the auto leveling system does not function and the main awning fabric needs to be replaced. The unit has slide and window awnings in useable condition. As of 9/17/2024 it has not yet been winterized. The unit is located in Southeast Michigan. Open to transporting with costs covered by the buyer.
