Bought new June 2023. Took on first cross country trip—Florida to Montana and back—July-Sept 2024. Still like new. All booklets/instructions included.

Only systems used: AC, refrigerator, interior/exterior lights, cieling fan, stereo, and deep cycle 12 V battery.

All other systems NOT USED yet, and are in great condition, including: outdoor kitchen with sink and gas stove griddle; LP gas heater system; gas, hot water system; outdoor shower; freshwater and gray water tanks.

Unit has many extras, installed by Braxton Creek (see photo of manufacturers listing) to include camper, convenience, back-country packages.

I added an Nomadic OVS Awning 270 system, worth $785, and used only once.

Would love to keep the unit, but I do it no justice by letting it sit unused for the next year. I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and won't be doing any lifting or pushing for up to a year.
Time to let it go.
