You get what you pay for, and this RV is the Mercedes of campers. Everything in it is well made with the best materials. It features a panoramic window for the best view in town that also brightens the interior, two powered air vents and four windows open for plenty of ventilation. The queen-size bed is comfy for two adults, with two reading lights and roll-up shades for privacy. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, mesh shower storage, towel hooks, shower head, and an easy-to-clean aluminum wall and floor. The comfortable dinette/ convertible bed has storage underneath and storage overhead. Blue courtesy lights inside and out give the Horizon a unique look. The 66 interior height is perfect for tall folks and gives the interior a spacious feel. The Bluetooth stereo for two zones and the 32 TV make movie-watching easy. The 15K AC unit is perfect on hot days, and the 16 K BTU furnace does the trick on chilly nights. For washing or showering, theres an electric or gas water heater. The kitchen has a large farmhouse sink, a two-burner stainless steel stovetop, and a microwave. Plue the slide-out rear kitchen makes cooking outdoors easy. For power, the Horizon has one 12V, two USB ports, and two 120V outlets. This RV is perfect for off-road and off-the-grid living. The 235/75R15 tires with aggressive tread took us into the desert and onto the beaches of Montague. The Horizon's all-aluminum cage frame is strong yet light. At 3200-3300 lbs. dry weight and a GVWR of 4000 lbs., we pulled it with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Off the grid, our solar power charged the batteries.
