Some things included are anti sway hitch - camper cover, hard wired surge protector, 2 mounted Roku TVs , awning screens, slide out topper, wheel covers, sewer hoses and more. Only reason used 1 season was a seasonal site and upgraded to larger camper. It does have a 200 watt solar panel and outdoor griddle and refrigerator.
