Excellent condition! I am a travel nurse so this has been my home away from home.  I have seldom cooked inside and it’s just me so it hasn’t been abused.  I have a brand new on demand hot water system, new motor on awning, recent oil change, generator excellent condition, recent inspection. I am just wanting to pursue some new opportunities and won’t need it anymore.  You will love it!!
