This is a beautiful fifthwheel. I'm the second owner.
Selling due to my health and age. It's got a new roof 2 years ago also. Two of the 3 A/c have heat pumps. The rv has  floor furnace and a electric fireplace.
The generator 5500 Onan propane and just serviced last  month and only 88.5 total hours.
This fifthwheel is ready to go. In last five years been to NC and several times to Iowa and South Dakota in this fifthwheel in great comfort.
The bed is king size with a very comfortable. Sofa bed in living room.
lithium batteries with inverter that keeps refrigerator on when not connected to shore power or running propane generator. NEVER SMOKED IN!!
