THIS COACH IS IN OVERALL GREAT CONDITION. WE BOUGHT THIS COACH ON THE SPOT WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT A WATER FAUCET BROKE AND WATER RAN INSIDE THE COACH. THIS HAS LONG SINCE BEEN WELL DRIED OUT IN THE TEXAS HEAT; THERE IS NO 'WATER DAMAGE OR ACTUAL FLOODING' ANYWHERE. WE REPLACED A WATER FITTING AND IT IS NOW READY TO GO! ALSO REPLACED THE TWO FRONT TIRES, THE REARS LOOK GREAT. INSIDE IS VERY CLEAN. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT FLOOD.****FULL BODY PAINT with quad slide outs, Roadmaster Chassis and air ride suspension and brakes, powered by a Cummins ISL 400 HP Turbo Diesel engine attached Allison push button transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, leveling system, backup camera, and an Onan 8000 watt Diesel Generator with JUST 769 hours!! This coach has a fully electric awning!. As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, there are two leather captain chairs and overhead are several storage cabinets including a large flat screen TV!! Notice the ceramic tile in the entry way. As you turn into the living room area, on the left is the first large slide out! This houses a space where a sitting chair could be placed, or a computer type desk followed by the free-standing dinette. Just past this is the large four door STAINLESS fridge!! Back to your right is another large slide out that has a large couch followed by the kitchen area. Notice the solid surface counter tops throughout. There are TONS of cabinets, and note they are all SOLID maple! Also notice the ceramic tile floors in the kitchen area! As you step into the middle of the coach, back to your right is a room with the commode! Just before this is the LARGE corner shower. Back to your left are several cabinets and the sink/vanity area!As you step towards the back of the coach, on the right is another slide with a QUEEN-sized bed and more cabinets. Across from this is the last slide out with many cabinets and doors and another TV! Across the back of this coach is a large sliding door closet area as well as the COMBO washer/dryer unit!!It has double roof a/c units (they work perfect!). The generator runs perfect, and all systems have been tested and everything works! This is a super nice higher end Monaco product!! This coach runs/drives PERFECT. This coach has TONS of storage and a nice basement!! The exterior of the coach looks great and shiny all over.
