Only 36,000 miles, engine in great condition. Fridge new, water heater new, new awning, new rear bed, new toilet, new exhaust fans, house batteries new, . Great condition RV at a low price.

The price is quite cheap for what you get here, 36,000 miles is very low. These older RVs are really build rock solid, as you go down the road there is very little body noise. The engine is a V10 and can easily handle the load of the RV and a tow vehicle. Nothing wrong mechanically with the truck end of the RV, it runs very well.

The previous owner didn't have time to take care of it so in our travels we replaced everything that needed replacing. The only exception is the generator, which runs but needs a new electronic choke.

The 12 volt battery system has been replaced with two new batteries and works well. Although should be upgraded. 

AC works great, all cleaned up with a new shroud.

The original vents have been replaced with more modern vent fans front and back, these create a significant breeze through the RV.

Fridge was replaced with an AC stand up freezer that has fridge temperatures. Works very well although you must supply AC, I put in a small inverter that keeps it running while on the road but really its not needed.

Water heater was replaced with an on demand unit and works great, take long hot showers no problem here.

Awning is only a few months old, and works well.

Original toilet was plastic which was horrible, I put in a new porcelain one with a sprayer.

Bed in back is a very comfortable RV Queen

Roof is in as good a condition as an RV this age can be, its fine, no leaks but certainly will need to be looked after and serviced as you go.

Tires are only a few years old and are in good condition with good tread.

Included is a new (massive) portable dump tank added, was nice to have in state parks with no grey water access.

The only things I think should be repaired/serviced/replaced are:

Generator? but you really don't need it.

A couple of roof repairs but I will probably do them before sale

That’s really it, the RV is very functional and road tested. If it was gonna break, it did and I fixed it. Very turn-key and cheap RV.
