2022 Keystone Avalanche 378BH for Sale. This is a bunkroom/bunkhouse model with 4 separate bunks for kids + master bedroom.

It has 1.5 bathrooms (front master bath with shower + rear bunk room shower), residential fridge, and tons of storage in the kitchen and in storage compartments. We modified the bunkhouse by adding a bed platform with storage underneath it. This can be removed and the original couch put back at buyer’s discretion.

It has washer/dryer hookups in the master closet, but we do not have a washer/dryer in it.

Additional upgrades include 1) Slide covers on all slides, 2) Shades in bathroom and front door, 3) Winegard Air 360+ WiFi router with LTE and WiFi bridging capabilities.

Currently winterized – haven’t been able to take it out yet this year.

This Avalanche we lovingly named “Willow” is great for larger families (4+ kids). Unfortunately, our kids are getting older, and we no longer have the free time to go camping with school and all their after-school activities.

Currently in storage near Red Top Mountain.

Issues: 1) No known outstanding issues. 2) Had a complete roof replacement in Summer '24 due to a limb that went through the roof.
