2022 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS Purchased new from dealer in 2022. One owner. Not that we had many issues, but all small (typical) stuff has been addressed by Grand Design. All the regular features, including 12V refrigerator/freeze, solar, tankless hot water heater. Roku TVs installed in living room, bedroom, and bunkhouse. Also has another 50 Roku TV with tripod stand for outside. Step motion lights installed. Couch from bunkhouse has been moved to replace dinette, so you can have 4-5 people all watching TV when it is rainy out. Still have dinette benches and table, which will go with unit. Includes all hoses, power cable (and extension). Everything works perfectly. We have traveled approximately 20,000 miles with it, but kids are now in that strange place in life where sports/work (and no way to drive themselves) get in the way of camping, so it makes sense to take a couple years off. Asking $60,000May be wiling to package the trailer with a 2020 Ram 2500 4 door.
