Super clean, like new 5th wheel. One owner, nonsmokers. Full-time capable. There is nothing wrong with the unit. We love it but our life's goals just changed. We used the unit on an annual site/camp ground for 2 years and on acreage at my daughters home in Wisconsin for 2 years (it has less than 500 miles on it). We covered and winterized each winter. We used it about 15 nights per year during the camping season. The unit performed as designed.
