This has been a great trailer for me but, priorities have changed and it’s time to send it off to a good home and a new owner that will enjoy it as much as I did. Overall in very good shape, clean, well maintained, and everything works as it should. Inside it has new Kitchen and Bathroom faucets and shower sprayer. A new Thermostat was installed in 2023, AC and Furnace both work as they should. Roll down screen wall between garage and patio is 3 yrs old and like new. The swivel rockers show some wear from prior owners. however, they are comfortable and fully functional.

Outside, the wheel bearings have been packed and brakes adjusted < 4k miles ago, roof has been inspected annually and sealed when needed. Tires are 3 years old and in good condition. Signs of some slight delamination on left front exterior and some paint scratches from prior owner on the front.

I used the camper in mid-August and everything worked as it should. That said, the camper is being sold as-is with no warranties. Delivery possible depending on location and timing.
