This 24 foot unit is in really good shape mechanically. The drivetrain is really great. The only thing not working is the cruise control.

I put a new silicone roof on the unit two or three years ago.

There are a few cosmetic things outside That need fixed. Not too bad for handyman.

The awning is still OK but it probably needs replaced in a year or two.

I have a clear title in hand with my name on it. Registration and safety inspection are good until September 2025.
