Lance camper in great condition seeking a new home. We've owned it for about 5 years. It's a Lance 1010 that requires a longbed truck. I use a F350 and it works perfectly with it. This camper will fit a dually or a fleetside.The jacks are automatic and operate on battery or shore power. There is an awning over the back door and one on the passenger side, both in perfect working condition.Everything works great. The A/C will keep you cool, and the heater will keep you warm. I recently installed a super comfortable queen-size bed. The fridge works perfectly both on and off the grid, thanks to a newer deep cycle battery and solar panels on the roof to keep it charged off-grid for days. Additionally, I added a Thule rooftop carrier for extra gear.This camper comfortably sleeps 4. The cabinet over the dining area can be folded down to create a bunk bed. The bathroom is also in good working order.I removed the magazine rack from the wall with the intention of using the same sticky wallpaper from Target that I used in the kitchen to cover it, but I haven't had the chance to do so. I want to sell it before winter, so I decided to list it today.If you haven't owned a truck camper before, please note that it requires tie-downs to be installed on the truck. If you don't already have tiedowns, I may be able to bring it to your place while you get them sorted. I also have the actual spring-loaded straps that go with it, but they need anchors on the truck.I am asking for $7,500, and I believe it's a fair price, so there isn't much room for negotiation.
