Like new condition and camp ready 2023 Alliance RV Valor 40V13. **This RV will come with all necessary accessories to camp** Selling as a complete camp ready coach including Surgeguard surge protector, Clearsource water filter, TST TPMS for all 6 wheels, Haloview reverse camera, 6 blcks for stabilizing legs, x-choks, and all necessary hoses and cords. We also upgraded the mattress in the primary bedroom to the King size Signature Hybrid from RVmattress.com. I bought the RV brand new from Blue Compass RV Tampa in September of 2022. We love the coach but we are moving to another state and are looking to downsize after we move. The kitchen and large living area is amazing and is the reason why we fell in love with the coach from the minute we saw it. We have used the rig all over Florida and have made cross country trips to Ohio as well and it has never let us down. We used the garage as the bedroom for our kids as well as hauling our lifted golf cart. The rig has all of the normal amenities that you would expect from an Alliance RV. As far as options goes we opted for the Solar Plus package and onboard generator. The Solar Plus Package gives you a total of 3 320 amp solar panels, 3 100ah lithium batteries, 60amp charge controller, energy management system, and 3,000 inverter. I did add an additional 100ah battery in March of 2023 to give you a total of 400ah. We also had the Onan 5.5kw gas generator installed from the factory and currently has 185 hours on it. All service and maintenance has been completed including generator, axles, tires, etc.

The coach currently has the Gen-Y gooseball conversion on it instead of the traditional 5th wheel king pin. I do have the original kingpin that will come with the sale.

2022 RAM 3500 4x4 High Output Cummins Limited will also be for sale after RV is sold. Will sell as package deal if interested. Truck has approximately 56k miles on it right now. I daily drive the truck so mileage will increase daily. Truck has the max tow package (4.10 rear end, 50 gal fuel tank, HO Aisin Transmission, and HO Cummins) also has night edition from factory (Color matched bumpers and black trim throughout) also has a ReadyLift 3/1" Leveling kit on it, 35x12.50R17 Toyo Open RT tires on factory wheels with 2" spacer between rear duals, Onboard air compressor, 5 gallon tank, and Hornblasters 4 trumpet train horn. Also have 16 rocklights installed under truck as well. Truck has not been tuned, deleted, or modified emissions in any way.
