2021 XR 22 toy hauler purchased new from Imperial Outdoors in 4/24. Original owner of this model that was used as a trade show demo. Unit is currently just West of Bozeman where it was used for 3 months. Found several things that needed addressed and everything has been taken care of. Everything now works properly.

1) one of 4 spindles would not accept grease, this was repaired out of pocket.

2)had a slow leak on the water hose connection, this was repaired at the Imperial Outdoors factory.

3)AC was not as cold as I thought it should be. Replaced factory 11K btu unit with new 13.5K btu unit.

4)dual stage propane regulator was under factory recall, replaced with entirely different brand.

5)factory mattress was not so good, replaced with 8" memory foam for a substantial improvement. Also added a slim LED ceiling light for reading above the bed.

6)Added a waterproof bulkhead connector in the floor for ethernet/cat 5 connection for broadband service. Used Starlink with excellent results.

7)Removed the factory folding bench seating and retained the benches and all hardware in secure storage in Montana.

8) The Rotopax container is not currently shown but is with the RV.

9)The RV will come with a Harbor Freight Predator 3500 watt inverter generator which to its credit is super quiet. The new 13.5K AC pulls a max of 2100 watts on startup and settles around 1800 watts running according to the digital display on the generator.

10) included are multiple shore power cables and multiple adapters for whatever power connection you are likely to encounter.

Unit was originally towed to Florida from Wisconsin then to Montana. It performed really well there and surprisingly the propane heat was not always necessary even when it was snowing.

This unit has exceeded my expectations as far as build quality and the insulation is spectacular. Going back to Florida around mid September and the RV will be vacant then. I am currently living in it and again can verify that every single system is functioning properly. The unit can be viewed in Three Forks Montana until later in September when it will be in Key West Florida.
