Washer and Dryer.

Serviced in August 2024; 4 new Goodyear Endurance E rated tires. New exterior door. Re-caulked areas of the roof. Evaluated wiring for running lights and corrected problem. Inspected of all working systems of the trailer and corrected some minor problems with the toilet water line and kick plate of refrigerator.

Trailer had two owners before me. First owners had it a little over a year. Second owner used very little and owned it about a year. I have owned it since October of 2022 and have never camped in it or operated any of the systems other than to winterize it. I towed it from Illinois, where I bought it, to WV. Then I towed it from WV to Georgia. I hoped to use it, but never had the chance. It requires a 3/4 ton pickup to safely tow it.
