This is a wonderful 5th wheel camper with a fair amount of accessories to create a comfortable stay in any environment. My family and I have enjoyed this camper for years, and feel we have gotten our value out of it, so there is no need to gouge on price. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

    This was my grandparents Camper, which was stationary a fair amount in their yard. They only had two rules for the camper:
1. No shoes
2. No Jewelry
This kept their camper in pristine condition, avoiding scuffs or scrapes. There wasn’t a condition on smoking, but no one in the family really smokes, and it would be obvious to just STEP OUTSIDE.

White lights, propane powered freezer, a small tv, microwave, oven & stove. Kitchen Sink and Bathroom Sink. Shower, toilet, lots of cabinet space in bathroom as well as hooks to hang clothing or towels.(Lots of cabinet space in all areas)

There is also a sweet Fully Automatic awning I forgot to picture. Indoor and outdoor speakers for the radio - Furrion brand interface- Bluetooth, Aux, USB, AM/FM and A/V & HDMI inputs(to play the sound coming from TV)

This Camper features an Automatic Leveling system for the floor-jacks. You can easily control the arms via a screen inside (there is also a configuration on the outside of the trailer). 

Forest River did a fantastic job of keeping things simple. I have never had an issue operating any system within by myself. Very straightforward design, interface & labeling.

New Air-Conditioner installed Summer ‘23 - that sucker runs superb. There is a small A/C port in the bedroom as well.

She could use a wash. Awning too. Just found an inlet for Solar Charging as well. Willing to include generator, it was a cheapy, so noise level is moderate. Brute 3500
