Description
1977 GMC Palm Beach 26’ Class A, RV offered now at a reduced amount of $37,500:
This is a steal of a price considering the money that has been spent on the upgrades! In Spring of ’24 alone, I have updated $26,500 in mechanical functionality. To include:
-2 new house A/Cs
-new entire power steer system
-upper & lower ‘A’-arm assemble w/ ball joint
-steering dampers
-steering stabilizer bushings & links
-all new shocks (6)
-forward engine mount
-engine A/C clutch
-all new belts
-spark pugs
-distributor plugs
-all new vacuum tubes
-new propane regulator
-all new tires, and alignment
-new Alcoa Aluminum wheels
-Full servicing of the ONAN Generator (fuel filter, air filter, spark plug, oil)
-Full servicing of the all vehicle fluids & filters
… that said, the real value is in the stock, originality of this RV. It is AMAZINGLY preserved with low miles… currently, 37,125.7 miles.
It has the original Oldsmobile Tornado 403 engine. Other updates I have completed are: installing a new, high volume, hot weather radiator AND protective rock guard; water pump; new drive chain; gas tanks have been dropped & inspected, NO rust; Brand New Left & Right windshields and new windshield molding; New Batteries; New fuel lines.
Also, ALL external and internal lights work; Quad bags are in good shape, and they have valve shutoffs installed (to prevent leaking when stored); original paint and interior, except the carpet has been replaced; Built-in Central Vacuum; Original GMC CB radio; Original Frid/Freezer (works great!); Roof Storage Pod; I have the ORIGINAL MANUAL and receipts for work. Starts on the first or second attempt EVERY TIME; Onan 6000W Generator works great, and also starts on the first or second attempt; up to 50 Amp Service capable. I have the original manual, and all the maintenance receipts. I can’t say enough about this time-warp of a rig.
Located near the airport in San Antonio, Texas. It has ALWAYS been in covered storage when not in use, by me and all previous (3) owners, and it shows. Sale of the RV also comes with it being trip-ready… to include a Cuisinart Grill, propane tank, outdoor carpet, grill table, and a few other items.
Must sell due to a sudden health issue that is causing us to move and cut costs. Feel free to email Jeff via this site with any and all questions or offers.
