We looked at just about every floor plan in this size range and this was the absolute best as the unit has a slide out room divider inside the coach after the entire drivers side is expanded. This interior divider has a television and stereo system built into the upper section, while the lower section has a fireplace! It's really spacious when it fully opened, and the ability to rotate the passender seat to the back together with the arm chair just inside the door gives a perfect conversation area with seating for four easily around the dinette. Out side the automatic awning is sweet to make a covered area out of the weather, and an exterior cabinet contains a larfge tv so if you have to catch that football game, you can be outside the coach and bbq on the expando table that is at the rear quarter panel on the passenger side....we also added the bigger AGP batteries, and a solar charging system on the roof to help keep things powered up when the generator isn't on or you are not hooked up to power in the park....but the best laid plans sometimes don't work out so our retirement is postponed and as you can see with only 26k miles.
