At the time it was all original 1987 fixtures and had 2 previous owners who had used it just a handful of times on short camping trips. After buying it, I renovated it with the help of various professionals. I lived in it as my tiny home for one year from 2018-2019, before storing it, fully covered from 2019-2022. Ive lived in it from 2022 to now as my tiny home. Its served me very well, but I just bought my first home and am ready to move on. Its in great shape. I just had a full professional RV inspection completed. There were no major issues noted, it's a very solid trailer. At this point Im ready to send this off to its next owner and move into my new house. Please note, it is solidly built and therefore heavy. It generally requires a ¾ ton truck to tow it. Ideally Id like to keep it until mid September, but am open to negotiate with any interested buyers. This would be a great backyard guest room or a great tiny house. Thanks!
