We used this to move from TX to PA, then my parents lived in it for a few weeks while the new house was having some additional work done. Everything works. Engine oil recently changed. The generator (32hrs run time) will run both AC units. It pulled a 1500lb single axle trailer loaded with plants and still averaged about 8.5mpg over the course of the trip. More than enough power to merge onto highways and keep up with traffic or climb steep grades. Spare tire, 50A shore power cable, adapters, and grey/black water hoses included. House on wheels ready to go!
