This is our 2022 Riverstone 39RKFB with the Legacy Package. It has the optional third air conditioner with heat pump, painted exterior (no decals for the graphics) electric power cord reel, four deep cell batteries, solar panel, residential fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cedar closet, cordless Dyson vacuum, Huge basement pass through storage, desk, dinette with leaf to seat up to four, and extra large 40 pound LP tanks (2). This floor plan accommodates a bath and a half. The holding tank dump valves have been upgraded to electric valves with the switches located in the master bath closet. It's so convenient to be able to drain the tanks from inside the coach. The king size bed has been upgraded with a premium memory foam mattress. There is a safe in the cedar closet and all the tv's including, the huge 65 inch tv in the living room, have been upgraded to smart tv's. We use Starlink so all of our tv is streaming. This also comes with a lot of accessories and spare parts. Included are 6 Anderson Trailer Jack Blocks, a couple of brand new hydraulic landing gear jacks, a Weber propane grill, a Starlink system (if you want it) and numerous other spares to be sure you can keep things operating smoothly.I also have a Demco Auto Slide 21,000 GVWR hitch available.
