The wire-in propane alarm has been removed and replaced with a unit that plugs into an outlet. 

The propane portion of the hot water heater does not work correctly (but the electric portion is fine). 

The trailer hasn't been moved in 5 years and the tires probably have flat spots, though the tires are in good condition otherwise. 

There is a hole in the bottom corner of the slideout that has been patched.
