We hate to part with it but are moving and cant take it with.

We made some upgrades and modifications (as you can tell).

Exterior decals were removed. We'd get lots of lance owners excited to see this and ask for a tour.

Interior was professionally painted with an airless sprayer. Done with premium mold & mildew resistant paint. Very easy to wipe down. Not a single blemish on the paint, but it does come with small cans on each of the colors (Moonlit snow & Cavalry - white and navy blue) if you need them. This was an amazing modification to do if you spend long periods in the trailer -the brighter interior helps a lot with reflecting more light.

Valances removed. this opened up the windows and let more light in. There is a double rod system installed currently for sheer and blackout curtains.

Magazine rack was converted to another cabinet with adjustable shelving - the doors being from lance themselves. This gave us *a lot* more storage.

Water pump upgraded to a more efficient, quieter one.

Skylight sealed with eternabond tape.

Shelving system installed for pantry with reinforced back wall. very sturdy.

Bumper reinforced with Safetystruts Upgraded to LiFePo batteries (same capacity but 80lbs lighter)

Added ethernet connection to media panel behind TV that goes to the roof for use with wifi radio.

Upgraded to larger Freesignal transit platinum 28" 1080p TV ($430)
