2023 Alliance 395DS with Mini Split AC system.We are having to sell our almost new Alliance 395 due to us buying a place in the mountains and we don't have a need for the RV anymore.It was bought 2 years ago and only used for 2 summers out in Lake Havasu. There is maybe 800 miles on the RV. The biggest upgrade we have done is put 3 mini split AC's in the RV to keep the trailer way colder during the hot summer months in Havasu. This is a single condenser unit that has 3 separate mini split units in each room. One for the back bedroom, one for the living room and one for the front bedroom. These AC's are absolutely silent when running at night while still cooling it down to refrigerator temperatures all while using less then half of the energy of the built in factory AC's.
