A fully equipped Grand Design XLS 21BHE that has all of the equipment needed for your family adventures.

This all-season trailer has ample storage and comfortably sleeps six. This 2021 model has dual electric/propane refrigerator, 6-gallon tank water heater and an outdoor stovetop. We are including a memory foam mattress topper for the Murphy bed that allows the bed to still close while providing added comfort.

We have upgraded the axles to 3,500lb Dexters.

Included in this price is more than $2,000 in equipment, including a 10,000lb Equalizer hitch, a backup camera system, a tire pressure monitoring system, an electric surge protector and adapters, two sewer hoses, multiple water hoses and a regulator, several sets of blocks, and more. The trailer is located in Santa Rosa, California, and is available for viewing by appointment. Delivery within 600 miles is an option. We are the only owner of this trailer, and we have the title in hand.

We also have a 3,500 watt inverter (generator) that we can add on for $600 that can run the air conditioner while off the grid.

We have a 2020 Chevy 2500HD truck that we have used as the tow vehicle that is also available for sale.
