With only 34,500 miles on the odometer and nonsmoking owners, this motorhome is in excellent condition. It features lots of upgrades with sway bars, reinforced tanks, a tankless water heater and new house batteries (replaced fall of 2023). The Sprinter software has been recently updated at Mercedes Benz of Louisville.

This RV is fully contained with solar panels, and the heater and fridge run off of either propane or electric power. The kitchen is well equipped with a 2 burner propane cooktop, a convection/microwave oven, and a large freezer/fridge. There is a queen bed in the back slide and a full bathroom with separate shower. There are working awnings and 3 TVs (one outdoors for tailgating).

The house batteries and CO detector were just replaced in fall of 2023. There is a 20 gallon propane tank and indoor propane and tank gauges. The vehicle has side and back cameras and lane keeping assist and collision prevention assist capabilities. It has a 5000 pound hitch capacity. It has been well maintained according to the recommended schedules. The black tank has an internal cleaning mechanism and the RV has a central vacuum which makes cleaning a breeze.
