Description
Outdoors RV 25 RDS. about 31 feet long at the coupler, GVW 9995, ccc 2100+.
Its an amazing deal on a ready to use on day 1 rig. Buy a brand new one and (assuming it doesn't have too many bugs in it) then you have to spend thousands more to add all the little things: better door locks, better thermostat, better faucets, etc. Not to mention the lifetime roof (around 5K to do that), and the off grid set up that costs another 15k to do. Also, it includes a B & W Continuum hitch (another $1400 for one of those).
It has been modified to be a fully off grid capable RV. I lived in this and boondocked almost 100% of the time. Specifically, it has 1000 watts of solar on the roof (and the side port available for more), 600 AH of LiTime Lithium Batteries, and the full Victron infrastructure professionally installed in Florida.
80 gallons fresh, 40/40 for waste.
Over 2100 lbs cargo capacity.
Residential Fridge (has more room in it, is very quiet, uses little energy, is very consistent with temps, does not care about altitude or the angle you are sitting at, and NEVER requires you to defrost it).
RV ARMOR lifetime guaranteed roof (fully transferable to new owners).
Soft Start on the A/C unit - easily runs off the batteries and the inverter. The A/C also has a modified plenum to increase its efficiency.
RV Locks on both doors (keyed alike and with 2 remotes and 4 physical keys - as well as keypad). Smart TV (AC powered), Ikea Couch, Curtains instead of those ugly and dark valences.Digital Thermostat, better faucet (bathroom and kitchen), Maxxair fans in Bedroom and Bathroom, Tireminder TPMS system, Ford Backup Camera (including the appropriate connector for the back of your Ford truck). BTW, if you dont have a Ford, it's not going to work for you.
I have re-caulked every exterior opening using Proflex. Nothing leaks anywhere.
This past fall I replaced the entire suspension system and have maintained the lubrication for the new Morryde CRE3000 so that it lasts. I also had the axels aligned in January, and I have the bearings re-packed every year (last done in January).
