Well maintained. Tires are in great shape with newer brake pads with little mileage on them.

Has a little wear. There are a few scratches on outside. Air conditioner cover on top is cracked but it does not leak and it works. Back bumper is slightly bent. One place on inside bench our dog chewed. There pictures of all of this in the ad.

Although selling as is, it is really in great shape and ready to go camping immediately as everything works!

Dewinterized earlier this summer and generator fired right up. Water pump worked as well. I had not turned on refrigerator/freezer, air/heat, or hot water heater this summer as we have not used it. However I turned them on last weekend and all worked fine.

We have had a lot of great memories on our travels with our family. I was initially reluctant to sell it. However our children our grown and now it's rarely used.

With still plenty of camping opportunities left this year, it is priced to sell.
