Unique floor plan with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom.We purchased from a couple who lived in it to buy a home for 4 months. Before that, a sweet elderly couple babied her. We purchased in 2021 and have lived in it for almost 2 years. She has been under a cover and is about to be stored under cover as well. We just resealed the roof completely as well. New microwave. Gas almost full. On Monday 7/15/24 we had a hydraulic specialist out to change the gaskets and fix a slow leak causing the stairs to not move sometimes. The chassis air compressor was just replaced. We partially remodeled the front because I needed an office place for work and school. The couch and computer desk can stay or go, also supplies available to complete the remodel. Comes with everything to go camping immediately as well with a travel grill, chair, and a table. Heaters for the winder time as well.
