  • Upgrades & repairs:

  • Outdoor shower 2018
  • I also added an iPad mount with a USB charger by the driver so you can have an extra large navigation screen. I use the 13" Ipad Pro and it's amazing.
  • Bluetooth stereo 2018
  • Manual leveling jacks 2018

  • Issues/ good to know:

  • Awning removed because it was old and UV damaged, I haven't had a need for it
  • Small area of water damage in a 6" circular portion of the bathroom wall - shown in photos. Water leaked in from the vent fan hood being left open in heavy rain. I resolved the issue with a vent hood cover 3 years ago, and it hasn't leaked or gotten worse since. It does not impact any structural components. There's about a 6" diameter circle of delamination but you can feel the solid wood around the area.
  • 1 light inside doesn't work - I think it's just a tripped GFIC
  • Small crack in windhsield

  • Selling because I'm moving to Southern California and do not have a place to store it. Plus I need to buy a vehicle to commute to my new job. Open to trades for 2018 or newer cars or SUVs, Ideally Rav4 or similar.

I customized the RV for surf trips, but it's really great for any application. I just drove it from Dallas to California, it runs great, and is ready for a new adventurous owner to keep the good times rolling.
