Only selling because we have accepted a job overseas and have to downsize. Had this bunkhouse for over a year, and have used it pretty extensively. All systems work great, and all the bugs have been worked out. Additionally, we have upgraded the RV in many ways to include Goodyear Tires, two AGM batteries, solar panel with 30A solar controller, fabricated a two inch receiver welded to the frame that can hold a large bike rack. Trailer will come with chocks, leveling blocks, hitch lock, power cord, TPMS sensors in all tires.Items that can be included/negotiated into the deal are the weight distribution hitch, generator, TPMS display, Power Watchdog surge protector, and lots of extra hoses/adapters etc.Also willing to deliver within a reasonable distance from Minnesota. Title in hand.
