The 310rl is a great 5th wheel. New G rated tires installed November 2023. Everything works as it should. Very Clean unit, no leaks. Washer and dryer. Snap pads, small refer in storage area, New king wilderness rv mattress. Stored in a cover area with power when not in use. We have had no problems whatsoever. Well maintained wash and waxed every six months. Retiring and Upgrading to a Class A soon is the selling reason.
