This trailer is in great shape. We used it for a handful of trips and it's mostly been covered in storage other than that.

The three slides make it spacious inside and lots of windows keep it light and airy. There's plenty of sleeping space thanks to the bunk house in the back. And hanging out in the living room is a great way to weather storms or just have a fun game night.

It has the winter insulation package and I added some foam panels in the pass-through storage compartment for extra cold resistance. Keep the propane topped off and you'll stay nice and toasty.

We removed the outside kitchen in favor of storage. The mini-fridge is still out there and it works great.

There's also an outside utility shower / sprayer. Handy for dishes and hosing off after the lake.It pulls surprisingly well for its size. The electric brakes have always worked well and make it a breeze on downslopes. The official length is actually 35.67 feet. Fully loaded with water and gear for our family it's about 10k lbs. Just under 9k empty.

I also have a Husky weight distributing / anti-sway hitch (the steel bar type). It's a lifesaver in wind and bumpy roads and it doesn't cause any issues when backing up like the old style. If needed, I can include that with the deal.
