CLEARANCE! This 37 foot Heartland Sundance is NICE, especially considering its age. It’s a higher end unit than some others you might look at. The wood is real, not veneer. It has a total of three slides, which makes it very roomy inside. All the furniture is still in place. The carpets are in better shape than you would expect on a trailer this age. What I’m trying to say, this one has been used, but it doesn’t show the wear so many this age do because those others have been lived in. You might notice that the TV is not mounted, but there IS a TV…it has been taken down for the purpose of transport.

The wood, the cabinet space, the entire floor plan is very nice! Even the bathroom is well planned…it’s an actual bathroom with a real door. Some of these we see, the bathroom is split in two, each on the opposite side of the hallway, or there’s nothing but a curtain, rather than a real door. 

You need to come see this one in person. It’s not “Like new”, but for its age, it’s in really good shape. I’m confident you will really like it!
