Like new, barely used 2021 Keystone Avalanche. Was used as a guest house (mother in law quarters). Not used for traveling. All tanks completely cleaned after each guest stay. This fifth wheel is three years old but in like new condition. Never cooked in it so this trailer has no “lived in” smell. Still smells new. Paid for extended warranty and ceramic coating on the paint through camping world. Beautiful kitchen layout with bar stools. Extremely comfortable theater seating with heated and massage recliners that directly face the 50” tv. No sore neck after watching a movie. Upgraded sound bar with wireless subwoofer. Movies and Spotify sounds amazing for entertaining. Polar pack four season package. Heated underbelly storage. King size bed. Washer/dryer hookups. Super clean inside and out. Feels more like an apartment than a trailer due to the nice layout. Heat and AC work great. Selling because we just don’t use it that much.
