Added black/grey crossover (like large RV's) to maximize the dry camping holding capacity.New AC unit in 2023 W/a hard wired RV Soft Start allowing the use of a smaller generator to start and run the AC even in hot conditions.Frig (combo propane and 12 volt) keeps freezer at 0 and frig at 35-40 degrees in 100 degree outside,Microwave, stove and space heater work great.Bluetooth radio with inside and outside speakers.Retractable 30Amp power cord.Outdoor shower.Added a HD receiver on the rear to hold a bike rack.Roof has been re-sealed.Added the spare tire holder and spare tire to the rear.Added a Victron solar controller W/Bluetooth. Comes with (1) 130 watt solar panel (not mounted but plugs in to the trailer jack and charges the batteries pretty quick in sunlight).Set up for a level & sway control hitch.Large full width storage in front and smaller in rear.Large storage under the Queen bed and under the full U shaped seats in the rear.Lots of shelfs and cabinet storage in Kitchen, Bath, & rear seating area.The not so good:Water heater leaked so its switched off.Trailer was stored outside so the paint is faded and the stickers are worn.Power awning is turned off since I didn't want to have it opened in windy conditions.Needs some TLC but for the price its a good deal.
