Sale Pending 10/22/24

We are motivated sellers. Already one of the best priced 2016 bounders for sale on Rv trader at 66k, as of 9/22 we are willing to sell for $62k, we want to get it sold before winter!

2016 Fleetwood under 35k with just over 50k miles (coach is a 2016, titled as 2015 as the f53 chassis was built in 2015). The only reason we are selling our coach is that we are getting out of camping for a period of time due to different priorities currently.

Some highlights and upgrades are listed below - we have also included a picture of the original "window sticker" for a comprehensive listing of all the features.

We put up curtians for a more cozy feel but we still have all the day/night shades and window treatments that will come with the sale. We also have a winter cover. So much more basement storage capacity compared to the 2015 and prior Bounders with the new redesigned 2016 models. Note: One frameless window directly behind the drivers seat has been purposely sealed due to operational issues but cosmetically looks the same as the rest.
