Description

$35k in Aftermarket additions: (ALL Professionally Installed) The ultimate boondocking RV, you will not find a better deal or these upgrades on a Pleasureway XLMB! It is in better than new condition when you consider the $35k in aftermarket upgrades and no known issues. What sets this apart from others: - No delamination worries as the unit ages. This is a HUGE deal! Pleasureway custom makes each piece with SOLID poured fiberglass. This is not how most RV manufacturers build their RV's. Check out the videos on how they do it. - No slide outs to leak, get stuck, slow down your setup, or make boondocking obvious- At 22' 9" long it can be your main driver when traveling as it fits in most normal parking spots.- The addition of a 2nd alternator works as a generator so you can run your 110v electric items and roof air while driving. - The added 600AH battery makes it so you can run the AC overnight without generator noise or fumes while you sleep! With the 2nd alternator you can recharge during the day in about 2.5 hours of driving.- The bathroom is HUGE for any RV, especially this size! - It drives like a dream, even at 80mph! With the added super springs it has a great ride while still handeling firm in the corners or next to a tractor trailer- Fuel efficiency seems to be around 16mpg averaging 75mph over 1000 miles, not towing. - The Added Espar unit heats water from engine heat while driving and uses diesel fuel vs propane to heat the water and RV when not driving. Upgrades: (Pricing includes installation) - $21k Removed Propane Generator & added 2nd alternator, with Lithium battery / solar system- Lithionics 600AH Battery w/ BMS & Winter Battery Heater- Xantrex SW3012 Controller System- Nations Alternator kit- Replaced factory solar panel w/ 130W Samlex solar w/ Victron Controller- Added a large outside storage compartment where generator used to be- $11k Removed Propane Furnace and Water Heater, replaced with :- Rixen's Espar hydronic heating and hot water system - with Diesel furnace & 2000w electric option when plugged in- $2k Removed radio and replaced w/ JVC KW-V840BT touch screen radio & GPS w/ Optional Sirius Subscription- 2 integrated backup cameras (high and low mount selectable views) Auto on when in reverse- $1k Supersprings kit for improved stability and towingI have all manuals and have clean title in hand.
