July 2022 rubber roof removed & new pvc roof,Maxx fan&skylight.Januuary 2022 replaced awning canvas &slide out seals. March 2023 replaced bedroom slide out floor&rack system,large slideout floor&rack system, LCI touchpad&various motors,tracks,etc... Coach is ceramic coated and has the optional full body paint. It has been well maintained.
