It has the Happy Jack queen bunkbed system that converts the garage to additional seating and sleeping area. Also has washer/dryer hookups if you are looking to use camper for a more permanent living situation.The rv is built for 4 seasons with heated tanks and enclosed underbelly. It has a on-board generator which makes off grid living possible.Has new tires with less than 100 miles on them.The only two issues with the rv are 1. The auto leveling system doesnt work right. All the jacks work independently, but do not work together as they are supposed to. I believe I know what the problem is, but is a $800 part to fix it and it has been easy for me to level the camper just using the jacks independently.2. Had a tire blow out before replacing all the tires and it did some superficial damage to the wheel well. This can be seen in the last picture.Overall this camper is in great condition and has been covered or stored indoors most of its life. If you are looking for a quality camper or cheaper full time living arrangement this rv would be a great choice.
