This camper is in new condition - used less that 18 times - smells new. 6 years ago we had a storm come thru and a branch poke a 5" hole in the roof - my insurance company paid Kent RV 8K to completely replace the roof - they did a fantastic job - the roof has more sealer than it did when brand new - see pics - I paid them extra to do a complete seam sealer and brand new electronic jacks - this camper is in excellent condition - must see - Chris
