SALE PENDING
**** I just found out that most of my replies have not been reaching interested parties. I'm kinda upset with RVTrader right now. If you have inquired, please check your spam folders, or send another message with your phone number and I will call you. Thanks ***
Very clean Born Free RV!
If you don't know, do some research. This is the safest motor home built. There are 3 roll bars integrated into the fiberglass shell.
Only selling because I am down sizing back to tent camping and I'm not really using this unit. In the 2 years I have owned, the following is what I did/added.
Progressive Industries built in surge protector
Tire Minder tire pressure monitor
Rear cameraNew LED TV and sound bar
New water heater this year
2 phone holders
I removed the faded, cracking decals. (more on this later)
The awning will pass for new
Tires are very good and worn evenly
Interior is near perfect with the exception of a couple small holes in the dinette cushions from normal wear. Yes, this unit has the Uber rare Born Free dinette option that converts into a small bed.
2 front seats are perfect and very comfortable. Driver is power adjust.
Microwave/convection oven looks unused. I reheated some pizza using the convection oven and works great.
Has a Guardian gasoline powered generator that runs off the main 50 gallon fuel tank.
Comes with lots of spare parts/maintenance items, sewer hose and extension, power cables, leveling blocks.
Has a memory foam mattress topper that is very comfortable.
The bad:*Remember when I removed the decals?Well, after a few days of that, I ran out of gas and did not buff out the outlines of where they used to be. Not a big deal, just was over it at that point.*The headlights are yellowing. Could use a good polishing.*There are some "micro" cracks in the fiberglass in a couple spots. My body shop guy says "no big deal". It happens to fiberglass after a while. *The shower ceiling vent motor does not work. Never looked into it because it didn't bother me at all. Probably an easy fix.
It really is a fantastic RV. I'm the second owner! The previous owners took in in to the local dealer and spent like $9000 to go through it. Serviced the tranny, rear end, flushed coolant, all new hoses and belts, complete engine tune-up, bunch of new front end parts, etc. This unit runs and drives better than new!!Thanks for looking
