Interior: Inside has well taken care of by each owner and helped retain the original aesthetic which I personally love.

• Upholstery: no damage or stains. All original and great condition. Seat covers on front seats have kept original seats clean. 
• Cabinets and drawers: all cabinets and drawers have a closing mechanism that keeps them firmly closed while on the road. 
• Carpets: When I first purchased this a few years back, they had that old plastic floor protector (think home office in 1990s) on carpets which kept the original carpet in great condition given its age. 
• Sun shades/blinds: the only thing that needs tlc on the interior. Rolling shade over side door needs replacing. The one at dining table doesn’t retract properly (pictured). In general they could probably stand to be replaced soon as they’re a bit faded and out dated anyways. I’m also not a fan of the metal blinds in bathroom and kitchen. Will be a fun way to make it your own if you’re into that. 
  

Exterior: 

• Minor scratches above passenger side cab (pictured) 
• All outdoor cupboards work well. 
• No leaks or roof damage 
• Paint is good overall, very little fading. 

Drives like a champ. No issues.
Everything mechanically functions well: Fridge/ freezer/ microwave/ stove all work great 
heater/A/C both work great. Slept in 20 degree weather and heater kept it at 68 inside. 
roof vent in back/ all outlets/ lights/ lp gas leak detector etc all work as they should. 
Water pressure seems low to me but I’m not sure what’s normal in rv tbh. 

I absolutely love this RV and although it’s not gonna be for everyone, I just KNOW that there’s someone out there who will love and appreciate it as much as I do!

I’m the third owner. This is a very well taken care of RV and has tons of character and all the functionality and attention to detail that Lazy Daze are known for.
