Will even leave it fully furnished (water hoses, GFCI plug, memory foam mattress in bed and memory foam pad for couch bed, new bedding, kitchen appliances, rugs, and decor) and will throw in the 5th wheel hitch which was about $1200. Paid 65k for the fifth wheel. We anticipated having it for 5yrs while we built our home. But right after purchasing it a house and land came on the market and we bought it 5 months later. No need for it now. It is in immaculate condition. We only made three trips in it. Less than 500 miles total. Brand new off the lot when we bought it. We are the only owners.
