Description

Livin Lite Quick Silver 7x20HJ (VIN 56DTX2022H1080298)

Title in Hand

Purchased in 2021 from the original owner from Baton Rouge….he seldom used. I placed in storage and only pulled out of town 4 times. Using our larger ATC Toyhauler.

Amazing trailer that’s only 4,000 lb and large SUV or ½ ton vehicle towable. All aluminum or composite. Torsion axles. Pics show the brochure for specs.

Add-Ons:

- New 3 Row of L-Track mounted to the floor.

- New 1 Piece Rubber Flooring over the anti-fatigue matting and tracks.

- New L-Track along both walls (I have mounted Ikea shelving and secured gear).

- New ATC (Aluminum Trailer Company) heavy duty L-Track mounted folding tables (30” and 42”). ($1,500)

- New ATC L-Track Mounted Couch. ($600)

- New Rubber Maid track along the road side for hanging hooks and baskets.

- New 5 Rim and Goodyear Endurance 225/75-15" Tires…metal valve stems. ($1,500)

- New TopStitch USA rear roll down canvas wall. ($350…not installed)

- New Honeywell PRO 1000 DigitalThermostat

- New Soft Start for AC (runs off a much smaller AC)

- New Progressive Power Control Center

- New Safety T Alert Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Alarm

- New Faucets

- New Battery

- New Front Tongue Rack for generator or gear

- 2” Lift

- 32" TV

- Adventure Package

- Low Profile 13.5 BTU Penguin A/C

- 3 Fans

- Power Tongue

- Power Awning w/LED Lighting Upgrade

- Patio Package with Rail & Cables

- Custom cloth window coverings

- Huge front storage area

I had planned to build the trailer out with solar, lithiums, 3000 watt inverter, diesel heater and mini split. Plan was to move the lithiums inside, mini split on the tongue and inside the kitchen cubby (mini and aluminum backing plate purchased), remove the rear fan and cover the roof in solar, inverter and components inside the front storage area. On the road side is a small door/storage area. A 6 gallon race fuel/diesel can fits and under the bathroom sink is a perfect spot for a diesel heater with venting to the main living area (winter snow trips). The tinted and panel removable w/screen rear canvas isn't installed but still allows the use of the larger screen pull down. Outlets all over the place and counter space for cooking or placing items. The L track allows securing and mounting or shelving, garbage cans, etc. I use the Pitbull trailer system to secure the KTM's to the L-Track on the floor. One piece rubber flooring is easy to clean or roll-up to secure gear to the L Track. Extremely lightweight and easy to pull.
